Become a pivotal Finance Lead at OCAS in Guelph, Ontario, and manage the finance team's operations while driving organizational financial integrity. Support financial planning and reporting initiatives.

This permanent, full-time role demands strong leadership to guide the Financial Analyst and Accounting Specialist. You will be responsible for overseeing accounting methods, ensuring compliance, and preparing audits while collaborating with the Director, Finance & Risk. Deliver in-depth financial reports to support organizational strategies and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor the Finance team and manage daily activities

• Oversee and approve month-end accounting closures

• Validate payroll entries provided by Human Resources

• Maintain internal controls and service agreements

• Lead financial reporting and variance analyses monthly

Requirements:

• Must hold a CPA designation

• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields

• 8 to 10 years progressive finance experience

• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication
