• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring compliance with brand systems and high-quality standards.
• Mentor, motivate, and support your styling team to help them reach their full potential.
• Provide exceptional Style Cuts and styling, leading by example on the floor.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and enthusiastic team culture.
• Manage salon rosters, retail inventory, and client flow.

• A valid Provincial Hairdressing License.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in a salon management position.
• Confidence in all aspects of haircutting and barbering techniques
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• A reliable, punctual, and highly enthusiastic approach to leading a team.
• Valid Canadian work rights.
