As a Lead Aesthetician, you will support the Retail Account Manager and focus on coaching Brow & Beauty Experts in your designated area. Perform essential services such as brow and facial waxing while ensuring team compliance with health standards. This role requires a passion for beauty, sales, and delivering top-quality service, making you an ambassador for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed personal sales targets

• Conduct brow and facial services for customers

• Onboard and train new Brow & Beauty Experts

• Maintain clean and organized service stations

• Foster teamwork with Sephora Brand Ambassadors

Requirements:

• Valid aesthetician certification or diploma

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Proven track record in customer service

• Ability to public speak and engage clients
