CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Speech Language Pathologist in Waterloo or Guelph Wellington.

Salary Range: $56.44 – $64.86 per visit.

• Assessment and implementation of SLP interventions (swallowing assessments, dysphagia management, communication, etc.) in a home-based setting
• Use of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team-based approach to care and services
• Support a holistic and restorative approach to care (enhanced stroke pathway; cognitive communication supports, etc.)
• Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention

• Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Embrace person and family-centered care
• Comfortable delivering care both in person and using virtual methods/technology
• Passionate, empathetic, uses good judgment and critical thinking when making client decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, as well as work independently
• Flexible and demonstrates critical thinking skills applicable to a variety of situations
• Values the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home, where they want to be
