As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide vital support to patients by conducting assessments and formulating effective care strategies. You will also mentor community support workers while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and supervise community support workers in the field

• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans

• Work closely with the care team to set measurable goals

• Promote health and safety within the workplace

• Carry out additional assigned tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent

• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Proven computer operating skills

• Strong ability to design effective treatment programs

• Reliable transportation to navigate patient visits
