At Life Labs, you will be a vital part of the healthcare team. In this temporary part-time role, your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, conducting phlebotomies, and managing special test collections. You will also ensure documentation accuracy and maintain client relationships, making your role pivotal in diagnostics and patient trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and explain specimen collection processes

• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors

• Conduct special test collections, including drug screens

• Maintain accurate patient demographics and requisition records

• Prepare specimens for testing and transportation

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent

• Phlebotomy and ECG training preferred

• Excellent communication and computer skills

• Strong empathy and adaptability

• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
