Pharmacy Technician

Position: Rexall Pharmacy Technician Role Available
Support exceptional patient care as a Pharmacy Technician at Rexall, ensuring all operations run smoothly.

Your role will focus on efficient prescription processing and customer service.

You will assist in preparing, packaging, and distributing medications while ensuring accurate patient records. Evaluating and inputting prescriptions will be crucial, as will maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Collaborating with the pharmacy team on inventory management will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient records for accuracy and compliance

• Aid in the preparation and distribution of prescriptions

• Verify and input prescriptions along with consent forms

• Complete documentation for prescriptions and patient files

• Maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory

Requirements:

• Pharmacy Technician Diploma or recognized bridging program

• Successful completion of the PEBC Qualifying exam

• Good standing with the provincial College of Pharmacists

• At least 1 year of pharmacy work experience

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows
