Become a vital Patient Caregiver during evening/Night shifts, delivering essential assistance and comfort to our residents. Ensure their daily needs are met with dignity and respect.
In this role, you are entrusted with supporting residents according to their specific care plans, addressing physical needs, and fostering a warm community atmosphere. Your focus will include vital reporting and documentation, resident hygiene, and comfort management in cooperation with nursing personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and escort residents to their rooms
• Check personal care needs regularly
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as needed
• Document all resident interactions appropriately
• Provide end-of-life support when necessary
Requirements:
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively communicate health updates
• Training in personal care procedures necessary
• Competency in Microsoft Suite products
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably
Provide exceptional care and support as a Patient Caregiver during evening/Night shifts at our facility.
