• Conduct Caring Consults, assess clients’ physical, emotional and environmental needs, and advise on client care to achieve a 90% conversion goal.
• Engage community leaders and professional organizations to build long‑term relationships that generate word of mouth and professional referrals.
• Develop, promote and ensure high‑quality, innovative customer service and act as an advisor during Caring Consults.
• Attend all first visits with caregivers to ensure client needs and care plans are executed per the Service Agreement and set expectations.
• Conduct supervisory visits to ensure caregiver fit and quality of care, delivering a premium client experience with Net Promoter Scores of 9 or higher.
• Create and update individualized care plans, educate clients on self‑care, and evaluate client responses to care.
• Monitor risk issues, analyze trends, adapt care as needed, coordinate care, implement clinical solutions, and evaluate client outcomes based on goals.
• Lead the caregiving team by setting clear goals, assigning tasks, coaching, and providing continuing education.
• Hire, train, and manage staff performance, ensuring caregiver availability meets business needs and compliance with all systems.
• Manage the education function to support continuous learning, including Discovery Day and monthly in‑service programs.
• Evaluate caregiver performance through first and supervisory visits, impacting employee Net Promoter Scores of 9 or higher.
• Liaise with the scheduling team to communicate client requirement changes, caregiver assignments, and ensure client coverage, especially during urgent care or cancellations.
• Maintain data integrity and complete caregiver and client files in the scheduling software, keeping AMS percentages below 5%.
• Maintain excellent documentation practices—complete care plans, employee files, client files, and billing information—and conduct quarterly record audits for accuracy and compliance.

• Primarily weekends:
  Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM‑4:00 PM, alternating.
• Schedules provided 2 months in advance as needed.
• Part‑time (on‑call evenings, holidays, and weekends).

• Reports to the Franchise Partner.
• Leads the Caregiving team and Care Ambassador team.
• Works closely in partnership with the Care Services Center.

• Certified Personal Support Worker required.
• Nursing background considered an asset (not required).
• Certified CPR and First Aid.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong computer skills – proficiency in G‑Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar) and electronic medical documentation;
  Alayacare experience an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Intentional organization, planning, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated experience setting and achieving goals.
• Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search, updated every 5 years.
• Negative TB test, updated every 5 years.
