Support clients in living safely and independently with CBI Home Health as a Personal Support Worker in Wellington County. This role emphasizes compassion and reliability, assisting with daily living activities.
CBI Home Health, a leading community service provider in Canada, seeks Personal Support Workers to help clients across Guelph, East Wellington, Rockwood, Mapleton, Minto, Drayton, and Mount Forest. You will empower clients by facilitating mobility and performing essential housekeeping tasks while maintaining clear communication about their conditions. This role is perfect for individuals dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with mobility and light exercises
• Observe and document clients' health changes
• Provide light housekeeping as per care plans
• Ensure client safety and independence at home
• Communicate effectively with clients and families
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and insurance required
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Clear Criminal Record Check needed
• Commitment to work every other weekend
