As a Laboratory Manager, you will guide the strategic direction of the Laboratory Services Department in a prominent mental health organization. This role requires a focus on quality management and compliance, overseeing laboratory operations and Point-of-Care Testing programs. You’ll collaborate with clinical teams to deliver exceptional diagnostic services while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for Laboratory Services Department

• Maintain laboratory Quality Management System (QMS)

• Oversee Point-of-Care Testing programs

• Collaborate with physicians and regional laboratory partners

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent

• 5-10 years progressive experience in medical laboratory

• Expertise in quality management and regulatory compliance

• Membership with CMLTO and CSMLS required

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
