Kinesiologist Role at Upper Grand Family Health

Join the Upper Grand Family Health Team as a Kinesiologist in a permanent 0.8 FTE role, providing essential support for health promotion and chronic disease management in Fergus, Elora, and Arthur.

As a key clinical member, you'll deliver health services focusing on chronic pain management, cardiac rehabilitation, and individual exercise. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop health promotion programs and improve community well-being. This role requires both office and virtual care capabilities to meet client needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support for health promotion and prevention programs

• Assess and implement strategies for families and individuals

• Conduct visits at patient homes and via virtual care

• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in health or related field

• Membership in a regulated association and liability insurance

• Experience in chronic pain and cardiac rehab preferred

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and communication

• Valid Ontario Driver's License and reliable transportation
