Join Hopewell's team for a six-month contract focused on enhancing the quality of life for clients. You’ll assist with daily living tasks and essentials while following care plans tailored to individual needs. Critical skills include behavior support implementation and maintaining household tasks across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in independent living activities
• Support daily programs including grooming and nutrition
• Implement behavior support plans accurately
• Perform essential household and care duties
• Communicate updates effectively with team members
Requirements:
• 1 year experience in developmental services
• Valid class G driver's license required
• Knowledge of First Aid, CPR, and behavior support
• Flexibility to work various hours and settings
• College Certificate in a relevant field preferred
