Experienced Occupational Therapist Wanted

Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist at Bayshore Therapy & Rehab to lead in client assessments and educational outreach. Engage in impactful therapy interventions across various settings.

In this role, you will manage assessments and treatment plans for clients while ensuring compliance with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document all clinical interactions accurately, fostering seamless client care. Your commitment to quality and safety will enhance therapy standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and develop effective treatment strategies

• Monitor and revise treatment programs regularly

• Keep detailed clinical records to meet provincial standards

• Collaborate effectively with other health professionals

• Provide educational support to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy

• Registered in good standing with applicable College

• At least three years of occupational therapy experience

• Proficient in communication and decision-making

• Valid driver’s license required
