Transform healthcare delivery in Guelph, ON as a full-time Healthcare Professional with Linde Canada. Your expertise will guide clients in respiratory therapy while ensuring high compliance and performance.

This essential role requires initiating therapy sessions in client homes and monitoring equipment performance, including heavy lifting when necessary. You will collaborate closely with healthcare partners, providing valuable training and promoting Medigas offerings within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and initiate respiratory therapy in homes

• Manage delivery and maintenance of respiratory equipment

• Conduct educational in-services for healthcare professionals

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral entities

• Support new employee training and participate in on-call duties

Requirements:

• Must possess current registration as a Registered Respiratory Therapist or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure and uphold safety standards

• Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
