As an Occupational Therapist, you will report to the Director of Therapy & Rehabilitation, and will be crucial in developing and evaluating client treatment programs.
Your role includes maintaining high standards of clinical documentation while contributing to ongoing education within the team. Be part of proactive initiatives that prioritize health and safety in every intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments and create treatment plans
• Regularly evaluate and adjust therapy goals
• Document progress and discharge plans thoroughly
• Work with various health team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment methods
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Three years of experience in relevant settings
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Valid driver's license and commitment to learning
