Therapist for Mental Health & Addiction

Make a meaningful impact as a Therapist for Mental Health & Addiction with Homewood Health. In the Nexus Program, you’ll provide innovative services to clients facing complex challenges.

This role involves working in a dynamic, inter-disciplinary team to offer tailored case management and psychotherapy services. You will actively engage in treatment planning, conduct assessments, and provide individual and group support. Your contributions are critical in maintaining a supportive environment that prioritizes client wellness and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and coordinate comprehensive client assessments

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care

• Lead educational sessions for clients and families

• Maintain thorough documentation according to health policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a recognized Social Science field

• Membership with relevant regulatory organizations

• Competence in CBT, DBT, and client-centered practices

• Exceptional communication and team leadership skills

• Familiarity with mental health and addiction care continuum
