Where Pediatric Physio Feels Like Play!

Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) is hiring a Pediatric Physiotherapist to join EPA for Kids, our growing pediatric physiotherapy program. This is not a clinic that simply lists pediatrics as a service. We have babies, kids, teens, and families actively coming through our doors, including Mosa’s Milestones, a physiotherapist-led class where 5–8 babies, typically ranging from 4–12 months, come with their parents or guardians to learn, move, and play.

Our pediatric space is designed to feel nothing like a typical workplace. Think toys, mats, movement, climbing, creativity, and a rock wall that makes treatment feel like play. You will have the tools, space, and team support to make sessions engaging for kids and rewarding for you.

• Treat infants, children, and teens who are already coming to EPA for Kids for pediatric physiotherapy.
• Build your caseload with the support of established clinics, strong community awareness, and active referral-building.
• Lead or support programs like Mosa’s Milestones, where small groups of babies and caregivers learn through movement, play, and physiotherapist-guided education.
• Work with a mix of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sport-related, and musculoskeletal pediatric needs.

• Use a dedicated pediatric treatment area with toys, mats, movement equipment, and a rock climbing wall.
• Create sessions that feel playful for kids while still being purposeful, evidence-informed, and goal-driven.
• Bring creativity into your day without feeling like you are working in a typical clinic room.

• Join pediatric rounds where our peds physios come together to learn, problem-solve, and grow.
• Learn from internal mentorship and outside experts who help deepen our pediatric knowledge and clinical reasoning.

• Residents receive supervision, CPTE preparation, mock exams, and protected time for mentorship and charting.
• Use play-based, functional, and evidence-informed interventions to support mobility, strength, coordination, balance, motor development, and independence.
• Partner with parents and caregivers so progress carries over at home, daycare, school, sport, and in the community.

• Compensation range from $85,000 to $120,000 — let us show you how!
• Paid charting time, vacation pay, stat holidays, and sick days.

As a Pediatric Physiotherapist at EPA, you will assess and treat infants, children, and adolescents while partnering closely with caregivers to support progress at home, in the clinic, and in the community.

• Conduct pediatric assessments, reassessments, and outcome measures.
• Treat conditions such as developmental delays, torticollis, plagiocephaly, gross motor delays, coordination challenges, neurological conditions, orthopaedic injuries, sport-related injuries, and other pediatric musculoskeletal concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient needs, and family goals.
• Provide one-on-one treatment sessions using engaging, developmentally appropriate, and play-based approaches.
• Complete timely documentation, reports, progress updates, and clinical correspondence.
• Recommend equipment, adaptive strategies, and community resources when needed.

This is an active pediatric program with real demand. Patient volumes may vary by clinic demand, location, and clinician availability, but pediatric physiotherapists may expect approximately 2–5…
