Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of patient-centered, evidence-based care
• Manage clinical admissions, discharges, and patient flow
• Collaborate on service best practices and improvements
• Monitor quality indicators and address patient safety events
• Foster communication across staff and external partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required
• Current CNO registration in good standing
• Proven management experience in clinical settings
• Strong focus on quality and patient satisfaction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare technologies
