Position: Stonehenge Therapeutic Community Staff Role
Support clients at Stonehenge Therapeutic Community as Residential Support Staff based in Guelph. Ideal for those aspiring to help others heal, this role involves mentorship, supervision, and crisis support.

This position is pivotal in aiding clients in their long-term recovery from addiction. You'll engage in peer support, oversee daily tasks, and interact closely with residents, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment. Your work contributes directly to a life-changing model of care and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with residents according to treatment plans

• Supervise and monitor activities at the center

• Provide mental health support and conduct crisis interventions

• Complete necessary documentation such as Communication Logs

• Lead engaging group activities and discussions

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in mental health/relevant fields

• At least six months of experience in supportive roles

• Valid G Driver’s License and clear record

• Standard First Aid/CPR Level C certification

• Reliable transportation required
