As a Personal Support Worker with CareKW, your work in the Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph area will significantly enhance clients' well-being. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
• Help with client mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide companionship and integrate into daily routines
• Follow the established client care plan meticulously
• Extra tasks assigned based on client needs
Requirements:
• Certification as a Personal Support Worker required
• CPR/First Aid Certification current
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Screening imminent
• Complete Immunization Records needed
• Strong communication and documentation skills
