As an Independent Contractor at CBI Health, you will provide essential occupational therapy services focused on clients recovering from physical and psychological injuries.

Your role includes evaluating client needs, delivering tailored interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding client outcomes. Specialization in areas like Complex Auto or effective trauma management will enhance your practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and create personalized recovery plans

• Coordinate care with health professionals and clients

• Implement therapies including innovative tools like virtual reality

• Document treatment progress and facilitate smooth transitions

• Lead group education sessions on various topics

Requirements:

• Good standing registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge of WSIB protocols is preferred
