In your role as a Home Support Worker, you will be a key member of Para Med’s home care team. This position focuses on providing essential support to patients in their everyday lives, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. Your ability to demonstrate compassion and care will be crucial to enhancing the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Prepare customized meals based on dietary requirements
• Complete housekeeping tasks to improve patient living spaces
• Offer companionship to enhance overall well-being
• Travel to different patient homes within your area
Requirements:
• Certified as a Personal Support Worker
• Demonstrated compassion in previous roles
• Flexibility and reliability in availability
• Dedication to community service
• Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
