Bayshore Health Care in Ontario seeks a Physiotherapist to deliver assessment, treatment and education to clients in home and community settings, under the Clinical Manager. You will work within a patient-centered care model and uphold Bayshore standards of quality and safety.
You will maintain patient records, collaborate with the care team, supervise Physiotherapy Assistants, and ensure safe, effective interventions in line with professional guidelines and Bayshore policies.
