Empower individuals as an EAP Counselor with Com Psych, providing vital services in your local community. Engage in short-term counseling to support employees and their households effectively.
As part of Com Psych’s Employee Assistance Program, you will focus on delivering high-quality, ethical counseling to clients facing various challenges. This role is designed for skilled clinicians who can offer solution-focused support and navigate complex emotional landscapes, all while adhering to professional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer in-person EAP counseling sessions tailored to client needs
• Perform clinical evaluations and intake assessments
• Assist clients through coping skills and support strategies
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance
• Collaborate on case management with Com Psych’s team
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
• Minimum 3 years of post-master's clinical practice
• Professional accreditation or registration at the highest level
• Active liability insurance, if applicable
• Recent resume or CV submission required
