Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized behavior support plans effectively
• Assist with daily living tasks like grooming and hygiene
• Engage individuals in meaningful recreational activities
• Observe and report behavioral and physical changes
• Maintain communication logs and documentation accurately
Requirements:
• Valid class G driver's license
• Experience in developmental disabilities support
• Relevant college degree or certificate
• Skills in First Aid and CPR
• Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
