Hopewell is actively seeking a Regular Part-Time Support Services Worker to become part of our Residential and Respite Services Team. In this role, you will assist individuals in daily living tasks while implementing behavior support plans. Your compassionate approach will empower clients to engage in meaningful activities across various settings in Guelph-Wellington.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in living independently and engaging in activities
• Assist with daily living tasks like feeding and grooming
• Provide communication assistance and report behavioral changes
• Implement behavior plans and record data
• Maintain a safe environment following proper protocols
Requirements:
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Valid class G driver's license
• Knowledge of First Aid and CPR
• Strong communication skills
• College certificate in a relevant field preferred
