Your new roleThe MS Dynamics Configurator will translate business needs into technical solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including configurations, customizing existing solutions, and implementing Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics modules. Key responsibilities include assessing requirements, system design, hands-on configuration and development, testing and ongoing support to ensure data integrity and system this role, you will:
Conduct business analysis to understand client & system requirementsWork with solution architects to design and develop user interfaces and integrations with Dynamics 365 CRMDesign and develop configurations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate flows, and Power AppsEnsure business needs, including security and data integrity needs are met for all solutionsConduct code and configuration review and walkthroughDevelop and run unit and integration test cases as part of configuration and code development and verification.Perform testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure they meet requirements to ensure applications perform as expectedAnalyze and resolve issues including application support and troubleshooting of system errors and performance issues.Champion best practices to develop scalable solutions through supported and upgradable configurations, customizations and implementationsIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation and system optimizationWhat You'll Need to SucceedPost-secondary education in an information technology related field5+ years IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in development and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate and Power AppsExperience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhancements in customizations, including plug-ins, custom workflows, reports & dashboards, and integrations with third-party applicationsHands-on experience in JavaScript, SQL, MS CRM SDK, SSRS, C# programmingAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in analyzing client and business requirements and translating them into system solutionsCertification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI and/or Power Apps, is an asset.What You'll Get in ReturnChallenging and great work environmentEmployee engagement opportunities
