Our organization is part of a large conglomerate global company which is looking for a true leader when it comes to the IT Manger position as there will be 15 direct reports within the company. There will be some extra hours required for this role when necessary. The qualified candidate must also have experience with business reporting.

MAIN DUTIES:
 Mentoring, inspiring and developing employees in the IT department
 Ensure the IT department is delivering excellent business solutions to our manufacturing customers
 Manage resources to ensure production needs are met
 SOX and internal audit compliance
 Disaster recovery plan, development and testing
 Ensure effective standard operating procedures
 Monthly/Quarterly business reporting
 Ensure cross functional priorities including Continuous Improvement initiatives are met
 Ability to work extended hours when required
 Other duties as required

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS TO DO THE JOB:
 University/College Degree or Diploma (preferably in Computer Science)
 5 + years of IT Management experience required
 Manufacturing experience required, automotive preferred.
 Excellent leadership & project management skills required.
 Deliver & support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
 Excellent ability to coach, mentor, train & support employees
 Strong working knowledge of:
- Cyber security and compliance
- Custom software development
- Network infrastructure
- AI and machine learning
- ERP (AS400 & SAP)
 Excellent communication skills (written and oral English)
 Strong ability to envision solutions for business challenges
 Ability to inspire and act as a change agent
Creative problem solving ability, think outside the box
 Must be well organized with proven attention to detail
 Ability to manage and adapt to changes in priorities

Summary
