The Digital Properties Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in assisting the Digital Properties Delivery Pod team with the execution of building/creating and launching digital solutions across multiple platforms to support the digital initiatives for Co-operators and its products (Home, Auto, RV, Water, Wealth, etc.) and its sub-brands (CUMIS, Sovereign, etc.). In addition, the Coordinator will help to implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience across the brand’s digital properties by working cross‑functionally with various partners/stakeholders such as UX, Technology, Marketing, Product, Legal & Compliance, and others within the larger Digital team, to assist with the build and delivery of standard and bespoke solutions in order to drive business outcomes.
Howyou will create impact:
- Support and facilitate the day‑to‑day activities on the delivery pod to release impactful digital content across our digital ecosystem. This may include activities such as;
- Creation of workback schedules
- Creation and maintenance of Jira work tickets and Confluence pages, ensuring relevant information is communicated/documented for the entire delivery team
- Gather and manage feedback and approvals from partners and stakeholders
- Track defects and outstanding activities to manage delivery timelines, ensuring projects and deliverables stay on track
- Organize and document processes and procedures across functional teams
- Assist with the execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns and code releases by coordinating with key partners and stakeholders to create the best client experience, improve digital performance, and drive digital sales, leads, and adoption.
- Assist with gathering data and analytics by reviewing digital performance using measurement tools and dashboards to create in‑depth reporting.
- Assist with ad hoc activities such as;
- QA testing
- Operational support work

- You have 2 years of experience working in Digital, Marketing/Martech, or Project Management.
- You have strong time‑management, with the ability to work cross‑functionally while managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with various teams.
- You are proficient in written and verbal communication, including strong documentation skills.
- Having a background in insurance or financial services is an asset.
- Having experience with CRM, Salesforce and CMS platforms is an asset.
- You will travel occasionally.

Expected salary range $43,550 - $72,583
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co‑operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
