Fusion Homes seeks an IT Analyst to join its award-winning team. In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to optimize tools and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration. Your proactive problem-solving approach will be critical in maintaining key systems like ERP and CRM while supporting automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with teams to implement system improvements
• Provide first-line IT support and resolve technical issues
• Maintain user access for key applications like Microsoft 365
• Coordinate with vendors and managed services for tech projects
• Support new systems and enhance reporting capabilities
Requirements:
• 3+ years in systems administration or business analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Share Point
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Excel reporting
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude
