We’re looking for a founding growth leader to own user acquisition, activation, and retention for Me-Z-Scene on Roblox.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes testing ideas, shipping fast, and learning from real users. You’ve grown games, UGC platforms, or creator tools, or you’ve built something from scratch using platforms like Tik Tok, You Tube, Discord, or Roblox.
You don’t just run campaigns. You figure out what works, and turn it into systems.
About Me-Z-SceneMe-Z-Scene is building tools that turn players into creators, starting with Roblox.
Roblox has over 140M daily active users, but creating experiences still requires technical skills. Today, most creators come from a developer background, leaving the vast majority of players on the sidelines.
We’re changing that. We’re transforming Roblox Studio into a true UGC platform, where anyone can create and share game worlds as easily as they create content.
Our goal is simple: unlock a new generation of creators by converting players into creators at scale.
Me-Z-Scene builds on technology developed over the past two years within Élisa Interactive, an AI platform for 3D scene creation, deployed in Unreal and Unity.
The Me-Z-Scene brand and positioning were developed in collaboration with Haus of Park and will be launched alongside the product as part of our transition from game-development tooling to consumer-facing UGC creation.
RoleWe are hiring our first Growth Lead. This role focuses on discovery and early traction: identifying what converts Roblox players into first-time creators, and turning that into a repeatable growth system.
You think beyond acquisition: who is the Me-Z-Scene creator, really? You’ll help define who we’re building for, which communities matter most, and what a win looks like in 2 years, not just this month.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You won’t just manage campaigns. You’ll figure out what works.
Depending on outcomes, this role may evolve into a broader leadership position.
What You’ll Do- Test and iterate on acquisition channels:
Tik Tok, You Tube, Discord, Roblox ecosystem - Test and refine the new Me-Z-Scene’s brand positioning, messaging, and growth loops with real users
- Design and validate conversion loops: player → create → share → attract → create
- Ship experiments quickly: content, onboarding, growth ideas
- Work closely with product to reduce friction from player → creator
- Talk to users and learn directly from behavior
- Identify what works and turn it into repeatable systems
- Track early signals: activation, retention, sharing
- Hire and work with a Community / Content Agent who helps execute day-to-day content
- We understand how players discover and try Me-Z-Scene
- We identify 1–2 channels and messages that consistently convert players into creators
- First-time creators successfully build and share experiences
- Early organic loops emerge: creation → sharing → new creators
- 3–6 years experience in growth, product, or early-stage startup
- You’ve built something from zero: product, audience, community, or distribution
- Strong intuition for platforms where creation and sharing are native:
Tik Tok, You Tube, Roblox, Discord - You like testing ideas and learning from real-world results
- Hands-on: you execute, not just plan
- Comfortable working without a clear playbook
Nice to have: experience with UGC platforms such as Roblox or Fortnite, creator tools or dev tools, gaming, modding, or content creation.
What This Role Is Not- Not a social media manager
- Not a brand marketer
- Not an ads-only role
Build distribution from zero. Define how a new category of UGC tools spreads. Work directly with founders on product and strategy. High ownership, high impact, and meaningful early-stage equity.
Compensation$90K–110K CAD + equity
