CGL Associate Provisioning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement asset management practices for end-users

• Govern virtual desktop infrastructure administration

• Ensure successful software deployment and troubleshooting

• Manage incident response and request fulfillment

• Provide robust setup and support for new users

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in IT or similar field

• At least 1 year of relevant IT experience

• Knowledge of MDM and Azure Virtual Machines

• Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and MacOS

• IT certifications are advantageous
