Role

As the Project Director, Digital
, you lead complex, high-impact digital programs that don’t fit neatly into a single discipline. These are large-scale, integrated initiatives with multiple work streams, diverse teams, and significant business stakes. You bring clarity to complexity, connect strategy to execution, and ensure that every moving part across technology, creative, data, and delivery works together as one cohesive program. You are accountable for the health of the program as a whole: its outcomes, its financial performance, and the strength of the team delivering it.

In this position you’ll be accountable to the following things:

  • LMA (Lead, Manage & hold Accountable)
  • Digital Function Leadership
  • Technology Fluency & Strategic Guidance
  • Digital Mentorship & Capability Building

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and have the capabilities to do the following things:

  • Delivering large, high-value digital work with clarity and control
  • Cross-channel dependencies (web, media, CRM, analytics) are connected
  • Digital scopes reflect real requirements (platforms, environments, integrations)
  • Keeping budgets and scope on track (and flagging when they’re not)
  • Managing complexity without slowing things down
  • Comfortable in working across CMS-driven websites and content workflows
  • Comfortable in Platform and integration considerations (CRM, marketing automation, APIs)
  • QA, UAT, and launch processes for digital experiences
  • Raising the bar on how we plan and deliver work
  • Leading teams with confidence, especially when things are ambiguous
  • Creating a balance between process and practicality
What Success Looks Like
  • You’re the go-to when the work is complex, messy, or high-stakes
  • Teams feel aligned, supported, and clear on what needs to happen next
  • Digital work launches cleanly because the right questions were asked early
  • Work runs smoother because of the structure you’ve put in place
  • PMs are getting better because of your guidance
  • Reduced disconnects between teams (qualitative, but obvious in retros)
  • Stakeholders trust you and feel confident in delivery
  • You bring calm, clarity, and direction—especially when things get chaotic
Qualifications

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll need to come to the table with the following qualifications:
