In this leadership role, you will provide strategic oversight for reliable technical services such as infrastructure and end-user computing. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead reliable and secure technical services delivery
• Manage incident and request handling aligned with ITIL
• Oversee technology lifecycle management activities
• Advance cybersecurity maturity and disaster recovery plans
• Coach and develop technical staff for optimal performance
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in IT operations with leadership experience
• Understanding of Azure/M365 and relevant technologies
• Proven success in service management and project oversight
• Certifications like ITIL or PMP preferred
• Strong leadership and analytical capabilities
