As the Junior Desktop and System Support Technician, you will maintain operational environments and manage software installations while handling desk-side issues efficiently. This includes performing backups and ensuring all systems and hardware meet our standards. You will also track software licensing and contribute to the maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workstation setup and server integrity

• Handle desktop support troubleshooting and resolutions

• Provide maintenance for software and hardware inventory

• Conduct regular data backups and system evaluations

• Engage with IT management regarding technical requests

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science preferred

• MCP and IT knowledge are beneficial

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop systems

• Previous experience with user support desired

• Ability to independently learn and adapt
