In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the stability and performance of key digital platforms. You will manage cross-functional teams to enhance incident management and drive continuous improvements aligned with business priorities. Your expertise in ITIL practices and digital platforms will enable swift incident resolution and robust partnerships with architecture and security teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational health and performance of digital platforms
• Lead KTLO activities including software patching and compliance
• Manage L3 application production support with rapid incident triage
• Foster proactive identification of systemic issues and resolutions
• Improve SLA and operational KPI monitoring with SRE team
Requirements:
• 7–10 years leadership in IT and Digital platforms
• Deep experience with customer-facing applications
• Post-secondary diploma in IT or Computer Science
• Hands-on with ITIL incident and problem management
• Understanding of monitoring and reliability engineering practices
