Position: Sage X3 ERP Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking a qualified ERP Systems Analyst to optimize and support our complex enterprise environment primarily centered on Sage X3. Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving business processes, and enhancing critical enterprise applications. You will report to the Manager of ERP Systems, playing an essential role across various areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize Sage X3 ERP modules and integrations

• Analyze business needs and propose effective solutions

• Troubleshoot ERP issues and implement preventive measures

• Collaborate with internal and external teams for issue resolution

• Participate in ERP enhancement initiatives throughout SDLC

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in ERP systems analysis

• Hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP configuration

• Strong knowledge of ERP modules including Finance and Inventory

• Familiarity with IT operational frameworks like ITIL

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
