Entry-Level IT Support Technician

You'll oversee maintaining the operating server environment, performing software upgrades, and troubleshooting various desktop issues. This position allows for a hands-on approach to learning and expanding your technical knowledge in a supportive community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage desktop and server setups effectively
• Troubleshoot and resolve office desktop problems
• Ensure compliance with IT procurement standards
• Conduct regular monitoring of inventory and backups
• Administer local phone systems and unique applications
Requirements:
• Preferred post-secondary degree in Computer Science
• MCP certification seen as an asset
• Understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft applications
• Solid skills in data communications troubleshooting
• Good interpersonal and learning skills
