This temporary full-time position requires you to lead an agile squad while developing Salesforce solutions.

Your role includes performing critical testing phases and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define integration approaches. Proven experience with Salesforce FSC and Agile processes is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Salesforce solutions with medium to high complexity

• Lead agile delivery squad and mentor technical analysts

• Conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing

• Collaborate to define integration methods and project plans

• Maintain strong communication with IT business partners
Requirements:

• At least 7 years of Salesforce development experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Valid Salesforce certifications in App Builder and Developer

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA

• Understanding of complex integration patterns and Dev Ops tools
