In this temporary full-time position, you will leverage your Salesforce expertise to design and maintain high-complexity systems within the Retail Sales & Service Technology Platforms.
Your role entails testing, mentoring, and driving project plans in collaboration with various teams. A solid foundation in Salesforce FSC and Agile practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of Salesforce platform solutions
• Mentor developers and manage an agile squad
• Perform comprehensive testing and address system defects
• Collaborate with architects for integration strategies
• Develop processes with Dev Ops partners for CI/CD
Requirements:
• Seven or more years in Salesforce CRM or Financial Services Cloud
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Salesforce certifications in Platform Developer and App Builder
• Expertise in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration and Dev Ops methodologies
