The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Yardi Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Yardi experience who enjoys solving problems, improving business processes, and helping clients get the most from their systems. You will work closely with clients, Lynx leadership, our project management team, and external partners— including Yardi— to support projects from initial planning through implementation and post‑go‑live activities.

This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of implementation and optimization projects while continuing to build your expertise across Yardi products and real‑estate business processes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct client needs assessments to understand operational requirements and help define project scope.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Yardi configurations and solutions.
  • Configure Yardi modules, including Voyager 8, Commercial, Forecast Manager, Procure to Pay, and other Yardi products.
  • Support user setup and permissions, correspondence configuration, property onboarding and offboarding activities, and data validation.
  • Facilitate client meetings and working sessions, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Manage data conversion activities and support system migration efforts while helping maintain data accuracy throughout the process.
  • Perform sandbox testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities during implementation projects.
  • Create user documentation, training materials, and other project‑related resources.
  • Deliver training sessions, either remotely or onsite, to support user adoption and system knowledge.
  • Assist clients through implementation, go-live, and post‑implementation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support project milestones and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend ways clients can better utilize their Yardi solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Yardi, including experience leading/supporting implementations, system configuration, business process improvements, or major system initiatives.
  • Experience with Yardi Commercial is required.
  • Experience with Voyager8 is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Yardi Voyager and related modules.
  • Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and data migration activities.
  • Accounting experience, particularly within a commercial real estate environment, is considered an asset.
  • Robust project management and business process analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create client‑facing documentation and deliver training.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Industry certifications related to Property Management or Project Management are considered an asset.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and solution‑oriented approach to work.
Compensation
  • Salary: $96,656 - $116,403 per year
