You will support implementation and ongoing production efforts as a Technical Specialist. Leveraging your 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, you will configure payroll components, manage payroll processing activities, and ensure compliance with US taxation requirements. Your collaborative role will bridge business and technical teams for effective payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll components for optimal functionality
• Manage end-to-end US payroll processing and Quick Pay activities
• Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local taxation
• Develop Fast Formulas and manage payroll deductions
• Support year-end payroll activities and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Over 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM with US Payroll focus
• Experience with payroll reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher
• Familiar with HDL and data migration
• Strong analytical and communication skills
