Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure availability and performance of digital platforms

• Oversee KTLO activities for application compliance

• Direct L3 production support with effective incident resolution

• Implement proactive problem management strategies

• Lead a cross-functional SRE team for platform reliability

Requirements:

• 7–10 years in IT and digital leadership roles

• Proven experience managing customer-facing digital platforms

• Degree in IT or related field

• Familiar with ITIL incident and change management

• Strong grasp of observability and reliability engineering
