Intermediate Desktop Support Technician

You will be responsible for overseeing the server environment, installing software upgrades, and managing hardware and software inventories. With a focus on performance and reliability, your role includes troubleshooting desktop and server issues and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support for desktop and peripheral issues
• Maintain hardware such as laptops, desktops, and servers
• Install and configure operating systems and applications
• Assist with user account setups and password resets
• Document issues in the service desk ticketing system
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in desktop support and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory
• Ability to work independently and within a team
