Step into a Network Administrator role with Agricorp and play a crucial role in Guelph, ON. Focus on solving complex networking issues while managing server and client systems with high standards.

In this full-time position, you will be part of Agricorp's dedicated Network & Infrastructure Services Team. Your key functions will include user account management, network monitoring, and support for critical IT services like Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. You’ll work diligently to ensure system availability and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory components

• Monitor and respond to system alerts effectively

• Resolve complex cases escalated by Tier 1 Help Desk

• Build and manage virtual servers for departmental needs

• Oversee vendor interactions and case management

Requirements:

• Degree in a related IT field or equivalent experience

• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator designation

• Minimum of 3 years in network administration

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments

• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
