In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain servers with minimal supervision, while supporting enterprise environments. Your focus on monitoring and tuning systems will help achieve a 99.99% uptime. Additionally, you’ll conduct disaster recovery planning, manage backups, and develop comprehensive standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure operating systems for servers

• Monitor and tune IT systems for enhanced performance

• Conduct disaster recovery planning and regular testing

• Develop and maintain system documentation libraries

• Provide Tier 3 technical support to team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in an enterprise server environment

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems

• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies like HyperV

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
