Insight Global is seeking an IT Manager with 5+ years of experience in IT leadership within a manufacturing environment. You will manage a team of approximately 15 IT professionals, ensuring reliable IT services that align with operational goals. Your expertise in ERP systems and IT/OT architecture will be crucial for supporting core infrastructure and leading complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary IT team

• Standardize IT/OT architecture for reliability and robustness

• Oversee complex Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

• Support ERP operations and manage QAD ERP migration

• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with standards
Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience

• Strong background in ERP frameworks and manufacturing
