Key Responsibilities:

• Provide user support for hardware and software issues

• Manage and assign incoming ticket requests efficiently

• Configure and deploy Windows laptops and peripherals

• Assist new hires with account setups and laptop deliveries

• Maintain documentation and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of desktop or helpdesk support experience

• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
