This office-based role requires a degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience and a solid year of IT experience. You will provision devices, streamline onboarding processes, and effectively manage request fulfillment and incident responses. Engaging with various technologies will be crucial, especially in a financial services setting that emphasizes quality and compliance in device deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision and configure laptops, desktops, and virtual machines

• Implement lifecycle asset management for devices

• Administer virtual desktop infrastructure for smooth onboarding

• Oversee software deployment and resolve arising issues

• Manage incident response and request fulfillment efficiently

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT or related field

• Minimum 1 year of IT experience required

• Knowledge of MDM, Intune, Azure Virtual Machines

• Understanding of Windows and Mac environments

• Certification(s) in relevant IT disciplines are a plus
